“Complimentary silvretta tickets for local buses, cable car passes, and access to Silvretta mountain pass. ( not sure if this is available all year, so worth checking ) View from top of cable car run stunning. If you enjoy driving or riding the pass saves you 12 euros every day you use the pass, which otherwise has a charge. Cable car charge approx 16 euros per person single trip ) Hosts very friendly and helpful, hotel restaurant excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable.”

“The room was especially great. Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. The sauna and steam room were nice, as well. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious (you MUST try the Paznauner Bergkäse!), and if you opt for half-board, the meals are very elegantly served in 4-5 courses (but be prepared to wait: it's not fast food).”
“The half board option was great, especially the multi-course dinner, which is geared more toward the gourmet/fine dining experience. The free parking in front of the hotel was good, along with free WIFI. The staff was friendly and the hotel, furnished and decorated in the traditional Austrian style, was cozy. Ultimately, we were limited in choice of hotels due to our last minute booking for Christmas (booked in mid-September and Christmas is usually booked up by early August or even the end of the previous ski season). While we did not absolutely love the hotel, we would also not have a problem booking it again if it was the best option among the available options.”
“The ski bus picks you up right near the hotel and the location is quiet (a good thing for us). There were walking trails nearby... great for walking our dog (hotel is very pet-friendly). Food in the restaurant is good. Rooms are large. Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel.”
“What a lovely welcoming hotel. Traditional chalet style with attractive rooms with a seating area and a balcony and well appointed bathroom. Nice bar and a good restaurant. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Excellent friendly staff. Scary stuffed bear in the lounge! The heating wasn't working in our room when we arrived but as soon as we reported it someone was there to look into it; they not only got the radiator working but also supplied a supplementary heater. Could not fault the facilities, staff and management of this hotel.”
