“The most friendly staff and host , we felt at home from the first minute we walked on the door. Great restaurant and a fantastic view from our room/ balcany!!! Close to the lift, City and they offered Great bikes . Will be back for sure!!!!”
“Faultless hotel, large comfortable room with balcony, impeccably clean, very friendly helpful staff. My only problem was with booking.com who allowed me to book this room on their website on a no refund basis long after reception had closed. We were lucky someone was still up to let us in. Thankyou to hotel, no thanks to booking.com. This is the second time this has happened in one holiday with booking.com and i have so far received no response to my complaint just an email informjng me i may get charged for the hotel who had in fact already closed an hour and a half before booking.com sold me the room. I recomend this hotel but i recomend booking directly with reception.”

“The location was good for skiing at stubai glacier as long as you have a car, there was a bus service that also runs to the glacier, even though we went and it was freakishly warm there was still a lot of good skiing to be had. The hotel isn't too far from Innsbruck either. The food was traditionally Austrian very homely and all very nice, even better that it was included in the price! I would definately stay here again, I proposed to my now fiancee at the top of the glacier which makes it all the more relevant to come and visit again!”
