“I am 19 and I travelled with my 17 year old sister to train in Egna. We arrived very late at the train station and Fam. TAuber arranged for transport that late even though it was past the closing time for the hotel. She made sure we got checked in very quickly and continuously watched over us and send our mother in South Africa emails reassuring her that we were ok and looked after. Thank you very much Fam. TAuber! All staff were amazing to us.”
