“Beautiful, grand building, "shabby-chic" lobby filled with antiques and the balcony off our room perfect for sunset sitting. Great location. Communication with staff was prompt.”

Great location in hip area easily walkable to the historic centre. the staff were wonderful...kind and helpful. parking is available but expensive since you must pay a private garage. “I loved the balcony off of our room. It overlooked a beautiful public garden and was perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The feel and décor of the hotel was very authentic. The lobby and the rooms were very charming. I also love the location of the hotel. I prefer being in the Oltrarno area of Florence as it is close to all the main sights but far removed from the chaos of the tourist crowd.”
