“I arrived with my wife and my 2 year old boy. The managing lady at the reception invited us for a free coffee and cake at our arrival. She checked our booking and saw that we have booked a standard room. She looked at us and saw that our 2-year old is very active and asked if we need a larger room. She offered us an upgrade to a larger room with no additional fees. We were very happy and enjoyed our 2-day stay to the fullest!”
“Excellent welcome - friendly staff and complimentary coffee and cake. Chef is excellent - breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The servers in the restaurant were really nice and attentive too. The hotel is located in a very beautiful spot - the views were amazing. It is well worth a visit.”

“We were received by a very fiendly lady and were asked if we would like some coffee before going to our rooms. We ended up up having a delicious lunch and coffee and a great cake. It was a fantastic welcome. The rooms were spacious and the beds very good. We did not use the kitchen. All staff were very friendly and forthcoming and the place was brilliant. All in all I would strongly recommend it.”

Also there is a gym and sauna in the hotel. There is a supermarket approx. 500 metres from the hotel. Schladming (Plainai) is five kilometres from the hotel (parking is free). Even though the hotel is close to the main road the place is very calm.”
