“It was really amazing in terms of convenient service and location. Convenient to travel anywhere from this hotel that is in the center. Quiet and clean and excellent service, greetings.”
“Good location in city center, very friendly staff. Staff is pretty much the only plus this hotel has besides the location.”
“Fantastic Service. Visited as part of a business trip. Staff friendly and very helpful”
“Location is good. The reception desk staff is nice and the wi-fi is fine, but that's about where positive comments stop.”
“Location at pedestrian street at city center. London style pub at premises.”
“A good check in and Leonard (?) was very informative on facilities. The room was basic but comfortable, the air conditioner didn't work but this was fixed within 10 minutes. The mini bar fridge worked very well, and there was plenty of room in the wardrobe, and a reasonably spacious room. It was a very clean room although I thought the carpet needed refreshing. I thought the shower stall a bit small, but the shower was hot once it got going. Not bad for a hand held shower. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of food and plenty of it. The most enjoyable thing about the room 302, was the peace and quiet. Possibly the best room I have had in Romania for that, or there were no guests in the opposite room. Check out was by Rebecca, and was quick, efficient and easy, and made the more enjoyable by her friendly attitude and beaming smile. One of the best attitudes to guests I found in Romania. 20 minutes walk from the train station and it is very central to everything.”
“The property is located in downtown Iasi, really close to all the main attractions in the city. Staff was very helpful and kind. ”
“Very clean, all functional, big bathroom, large room, quick parking lot, efficient Reception staff on Sunday morning, old but good A.C. Despite it's in the shadow of the fancy Traian & Unirea H. it's the best option for almost half price!”
“The room needs refreshment (the curtains and blankets are dusty)”
“The location, the style of the hotel's architecture”
