“The staff was very efficient and nice--we arrived and there was no complicated check-in. Wonderful historic room with high ceilings and beautiful, spotless bathroom; very quiet. Overall a very nice and recommendable hotel.”
“The hotel is in a fairly nice location, it isn't too far to walk to Old Town if you like, and it is very close to various forms of public transportation. The staff are friendly and the room was spacious, which is always a plus.”
“I stayed here because I wanted a hotel of good value near the university. This met my goals very well. The location matched my objectives, and the public tram allows for very easy public transportation to the heart of Vienna. I expected a dated facility from other reviews; I found the interior to be adequate, clean, and cozy. Do not expect luxury. But it was very sufficient.”
“The hotel is just a 10-15 minutes walk to the very center of the city and to all of the attractions. Breakfast was great, our room was big and comfy we are very happy with the service. Thank you for a wnderful stay we will recommend this hotel to our friends for sure!”
“Location is decent. The facilities are fairly basic, however, the rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for a budget traveller!”
“Sheets were clean The interior of the building is nice and elegant”
“Very disappointed with this smelly, creeky and old hotel. HAd to carry heavy suitcases up a massive flight of stairs ( we were in the 5th floor and the lift goes to 4th floor). We had a mystery sell in the bathroom which really affected my mum's asthma and when I told the guy at the reception he shrugged his shoulders. This hotel is hardly 1 star, desperately needs a renovation - it was a high rating on here which is misleading. I only picked it as it was close to AKH hospital and we had to be there early in the morning but regret my stay!”
“Huge room with all basic facilities and centrally located. Quiet and clean.”
“Absolutely comfortable bed! Great choice for weekend in Vienna.”
“The breakfast was good and the environment is vintage.”
