The staff were very helpful all the time. quite a modern hotel by italian standards. thank you to the hotel for the Aircon. ate out every night hotel advised where to go that was good also. could not get any more central than this, that was also good. train station 20 mins brisk walk that was good for other day trips: (10 euros by taxi quite good), Airport 30 Euros that was good by average standards. dont need a hire car no where to park in old city but car hire daily is at the railway station for other day trips. Venice 8 euros one way by train. bus boat 7 Euros one way. good choice hotel. If you have a car limited access all over the old city, easier for taxis”
