“The quality of comfort and fascilities is incredible for a 2* hotel. The multilingual Danish owners are most hospitable. The husband is an excellent chef: The dinners and commendable wine list are memorable. His wife is a local guide and instructor and she lent me an alpine stick to help my walking(converted). There are tea and coffee making fascilities and a large comfortable lounge to relax. The hotel is well located for touring, site-seeing and country activities. This is a really beautiful establishment and I look forward to staying here again.”
“Excellent value accommodation in the center of Axat. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were very good. The rooms are basic but comfortable and there is a cozy sitting room with coffee and tea. This is a bicycle friendly hotel and the owner provided secure storage for our bikes. Highly recommend this hotel and the nearby cycling is fabulous!!!!!”
“We only stayed one night after an active day, so we were tired. Our room was quite small, while our adult children had twin beds in a much more spacious room, but we were quite comfortable. There is also a big guest sitting room with free tea and coffee, that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. We had booked to have dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious. The owners are charming and very keen to make you feel at home.”
