“We have stayed in this hotel before and were unimpressed because the rooms don’t provide seating for two people, meaning if you want to watch TV you must sit on the bed. However, this time we had a lovely spacious room, big bed and the room appaered recently refurbished. It cost significantly more but was worth the cost in my opinion.”

“Good location just off the main town centre, this is the third hotel I have stayed at in the town, best so far not luxury but perfectly OK, used a lot by motorcyclist and cyclists As it has private parking”

“Quirky hotel with lots of art work, we opted a superior double and had good sized room and bathroom with separate loo, al very clean and comfortable. Good location 5 min walk from town centre, our room was at the back of the hotel and faced the car park and flats to the side but room was quite. Good buffet breakfast in pleasant dinning room, hotel also had pleasant residents lounge, small bar and patio area.”

“Showers were excellent and the bathrooms clean. the room was good and functional - not huge amounts of charm, but when you are travelling and this was a stop over, it did exactly what it says on the tin. We arrived a week after the Mariachi festival and the town was still decked out, which was lovely. In the square there was a Jazz festival and we had a lovely day wandering and listening to music. The hotel is in a great location right in town and would recommend this as a stopover.”

“Perfect location, immediately adjacent to the old town centre, but well back from the main road, calm and peaceful. The breakfasts are really excellent with lots of choice and everything very fresh. The breads and croissants to die for. There is a nice bar with shady outside terrace. The room was very comfortable, light and airy and there was a great bath tub. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived a little on the late side, just after 18:00, but we still had a great spot to park the car even though the hotel was full. Would not hesitate to go back if we are in the area again.”

“Great location. Quiet but very close to main square. Parking on site. Lovely terrace for good buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend it as a place to stay.”

“This was my second stay this time in the older building which was much better. The room was very big with high ceiling. It's also a two minute walk from the square in the centre of town.”

“Great location on the edge of the centre but remote enough to be quiet. Well appointed rooms, some with balconies (helpful for smokers). Breakfast was excellent value at 10 Euro - fresh pastries, excellent local produce such as jam and honey, pleasant terrace to sit on. Bathroom spotless, beds comfortable.”
