“The staff is incredible. Excellent English is spoken, and they gave us good suggestions where to go in the region. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. Everything you need is there. Location is perfect! And the food is delicious. We enjoyed it so much. They also arranged cars, guides, ... If you go there, definetly ask if they can arrange you a tour to Ughtasar to see the petroglyphs with Sassun. The view over there is incredible.”
“The design of the rooms is nice. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The hotel has a nice restaurant where you can eat dinner (there are not many places to eat in the city). Breakfast was nice and the herbal tea was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful.”

“Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber (Bad auch) Matratzen sind hart. Nachts ist es ruhig. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war gut. Die Touren die ich gebucht habe waren gut, wobei ich den Shaki-Wasserfall und die Teufelsbrücke auslassen würde da nicht sehenswert. Insgesamt reicht 1 Übernachtung um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Gegend zu besichtigten.”
