“We were upgraded, so that was a lovely surprise, we are regular visitors to Mumbai and use the facilities at Bawa. Steven is the cafe was brilliant so attentive to our needs I stayed at the Bawa at Juhu and there was a big difference between the staff in the cafe. Something that Steven can teach the younger staff at Juhu!!!!!!”
