A shuttle service is available on request between 07:00 and 19:00 (outside these hours you need to take a taxi) for a CHF 10 surcharge per person per journey. “This is a small family run hotel and just what you would expect from a European hotel in a ski resort. Lots of wood, charm, very small rooms. It's located high above the main street, which was not my favorite (see negatives) but it did mean we walked thru Old Zermatt which has some fun restaurants and bars I had not know about during our other trips here.”
