This property met our expectations and more - simple, clean, plus a beautiful view and within walking distance of Assisi's center and St Francis Basilica. Another bonus - owners speak English and are very helpful - even called an old friend of theirs to give us a ride to the train station. He was equally wonderful - gave us local wine recommendations along the way!”

When I was lost at a bar as I tried to walk there at midnight after a delay in arriving, as soon as Maria, the on duty manager heard, she left she was doing just to pick me up at the bar and get me in my room. That was very caring. The owner, Rick, gave me as much extra advice on how to realize the full value of my time. Very well managed.”
“The owner and his sister were fantastic hosts. We were the only ones at the hotel since we were before season, but they were super nice, still came with breakfast everyday, guided us to everything we needed (by the way, the hotel is very handy to anything in Assissi), and in general, I felt like I was staying at an old friends house”
