“Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfortable. We had a room with view of lake. Restaurant downstairs was great. Great selection for breakfast.”
“Great location, the room (120) was nice, with access to the semi private terrasse, great view on the lake. The bed is firm and comfy. The breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit and fruit salads the pastry was fresh. There is even a restaurant in the hotel for the ones who need a quick fix. The parking is free. The staff was helpful and gentle, they speak English and French... Weather was nice too, we had the chance to get a beautiful sunset, check out the picture...”

“The breakfast was simply amazing, with a huge choice of everything, and everything good. Not recommended for people on a diet with low self control. The rooms were really spacious and we had a super view on the lake, with a nice balcony (balconies are separated from the neghbors only by flower pots, but we did not feel disturbed by that at all, and there was plenty enough privacy).”
“The staff were extremely attentive from the start. It is family owned and the hotel was launched off the success of their restaurant so hospitality is second nature to the staff here. We arrived early and they let us check in early since our room was free. We had bicycles to store which they happily accommodated. The manager walked us to our room and made sure we knew how everything worked. In the morning we had to leave early and they again accommodated us by letting us take breakfast/coffee before their official breakfast time. The manager also walked us through the best things to see in Orta San Guilio and how to get to the train station. The property was very recently built so the rooms were spotless as well as spacious.”
