“1. Breakfast was the standard breakfast served at Ecuadorian Hostals/hotels. Scrambled eggs, fruit, roll, juice and coffee or hot chocolate. Service for breakfast was fast and efficient which doesn't always happen in Ecuador (or anywhere for that matter). 2.
