“Loved the boutique style of the hotel. Staff is great. Excellent English. Hotel is close to lots of great food options, about 10 minute walk to the Metro, and about 20 minutes to the airport.”
“Beautiful building, very comfortable. Excellent staff, Sebastian was very helpful and gave us lots of great advice about the local area. Hotel is in a great neighbourhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants, a nice 30 min walk right into the the centre. Breakfast was also great.”
“very nice cosy hotel. The lobby is a bit too over the top (baroque), but 1st floor lounge is lovely, and rooms are small and cosy, with a real Soho House touch (early 20th century decoration). Great location with tons of bars and restaurants in Bellavista.”
“Really good location. Hotel is in a charming building that has been decorated accordingly. Good bed. Friendly staff.”
“Rooms were lovely but the staff really made it - they were all so friendly and helpful”
“Unique, amazing hotel, for those who want to make their stay in Santiago exceptional. Located in Belavista neighborhood (much better than Lastaria) gives you many choices for food and nightlife. The staff (all of them) realy exceeded all expectations.”
“Wonderful location Attentive, friendly staff Concern re hot water supply addressed promptly A wonderful alternative to a soulless grand hotel”
“Beautiful property, full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel. Less helpful in the breakfast room/cafe. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately they were having problems with the plumbing and we had no hot water in our room. But the staff were very helpful and let us use another room. This was a known problem that they are fixing. The lounge area on the first floor was a perfect place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this hotel”
“Gorgeous building with fun, comfortable designer furnishings. Super helpful staff. Warm room in August which was much appreciated. Secure ground level car park. Breakfast included the option to make your own cheese and ham toastie. Opposite Ethnico which is a really fabulous Japanese restaurant. Azul Profundo is another great restaurant (fish) just down the street. The area is fun, lots of theatres and street art. Provided gluten free bread on request at breakfast Easy walk to the funicular up San Cristobal. Easy drive to and from the airport.”
“The hotel decor was beautiful. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I especially liked the lounge where you had free access to tea, coffee, biscuits & fruit 24 hours a day, which was wonderful after long days wandering the city. I felt completely safe, and although I met a friend at the hotel, I could very comfortably have stayed there on my own. I think this is a wonderful little hotel, at it's best and full of little luxuries .”
