“Leon at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! When we asked for sheets for the pull out sofa, he brought them with a smile on his face despite having 100 other things to attend to. He was friendly and asked where we were going to dinner, and then suggested some better food/less expensive options. He was just a very outgoing and helpful person - perfect for helping out of town guests at the hotel. Also we liked that the AC blew COLD in our room! If I visit Baltimore again, I will definitely stay here again!”
