“Staff is very good. Great value for money. Food is good. We checked out at 5 morning to go to sariska and the staff was very helpful and happy to help at that time of early morning.”
“The location is filled with rustic charm, and within striking distance of Sariska Tiger Sanctuary. The structure is quaint with a neat swimming pool surrounded by foliage. The food (Indian) is yum - Laal Maans (red meat) being outstanding, so are the vegetarian stuff. The service is friendly, warm and the non-intrusive - very proactive, which is a rarity in today's world!”
“ambience..haveli..traditional feel..some old TVs..location to Sariska Tiger reserve..staff Jagdish..guards..good food”
“This is a fantastically quirky, traditional old haveli. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The entertainment in the courtyard in the evenings was fantastic and lovely to see the ladies cooking Rajhastani bread on the fire. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Extremely comfortable bed and spotless sheets.”
“Loved the food especially the chulha roti's.The USP of this place is in their food in which the spices used are grounded and finer details are looked into in its preparation.Onion ka salan /Haveli special chicken and their Missi roti were a foodie's delight. In totality liked the rustiness and old heritage like charm of the haveli.”
“Amazing stay. The interiors are beautiful. The staff is courteous and always available to help. Food is nice. The pool was an added bonus to the overall feel good aura of the place. Strongly recommend this place if you're in town.”
“A quaint building in a convenient and peaceful location just outside Alwar.”
“Nice seating areas on roof and courtyard. Lovely painted dining room and ceiling in our suite. Nice garden.”
“Historic, beautifully preserved place with lots of personal attention. The owner is employing not only professionals but also locals so they benefit as well, he's a charm.”
“Very cosy n homely. Great service and the ethnic touch to the decor n the open chulha with traditional style outdoor seating n real village women making rotis n chutney on a stone pestle n mortar was a nice experience. Close to the town markets... We were ably guided by the staff to the local markets for trinkets and souvenirs. A Clean pool and a nice open garden added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers n wish to visit again.”
