  • Guests who use a taxi from Zenibako Station to the property will be provided a partial refund of the taxi charge. A receipt is required for the refund.<br><br>Early check-in is available at a fee.<br><br>Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in.<br><br>Please be informed that guests staying for 2 consecutive nights or more must check out every morning at 11:00, due to property cleaning requirements. Guests are required to leave the property premises and return within the designated check-in hours.<br><br>Please note that child rates are applicable to children 5 years and younger and adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older.
