“The hotel is modern and clean and the staff was helpful and mostly spoke English. The bed was comfortable and the comforter and pillows were very nice. It is adjacent to a Starbucks and very near to the High Speed rail station and the MRT. Toto bidet toilet is a nice touch.”

“Stayed at Cozzi Zhongxiao with my family including one kid (1.5 yrs old) in early May 2017. The hotel provides baby amenities like baby cot and baby bathtub. Breakfast is good and offers a variety of choices (simple ones but there are plenty of traditional Chinese style food around the hotel). My room is comfortable and not too congested even with the extra baby cot. Staff are friendly and helpful. They helped me to reserve seats at restaurant before we arrived. Otherwise, we may need to wait for hours to get our seats. The hotel is just a street-crossing from a metro station exit, the place is very convenient even with baby stroller. Popular sightseeing spots and big shopping malls are just 1~4 stations around the hotel.”
