- All reservations should be guaranteed by credit card at times of booking. Hotel will take a pre-authorisation from your credit card to guarantee the booking.<br><br>Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:<br>1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's handwritten signature<br>2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)<br><br>Only property's authorization form is qualified to proceed third party payment.
