“The hotel is fairly small (64 rooms, 2 junior suites) and family owned. It is in a quiet location with extensive grounds with a private access to superb and relatively quiet beaches, yet Ferragudo is not too far away and Portimao can be reached from there by brilliant water taxi.”

“The Casabella is a very quite, clean, friendly hotel. It has a lovely pool and pool bar where you can have lunch. It has a private path directly to a very vast beach. Not far, walking distance to the village with lots of restaurants, shops and beach. We stayed B&B , breakfast was very continental , which was fine for us. Very nice place to stay, would definitely recommend.”
“A perfect relaxation getaway. Multiple acres of lush, green grounds with fig, lemon, orange and almond trees, wild rabbits and lookout points for viewing the bay and marina... A property perfect for roaming and exploring. Rooms are spacious and spotless with gorgeous, sunset bay views. Swimming pool has multiple lounging levels for privacy and the private beach is a wonderful convenience.”

“Staff were really helpful, booking us a couple of trips The boat trip to the caves, & we would recommend the buggy adventure up the mountains, (put dirty clothes on as you get very dusty) Really easy to park, lovely hotel, excellent position, away from the really touristy bit!! Much more relaxing, Drinks in the bar were quite pricy compared to anywhere else So we found a lovely "Piano Garden" Bar”
