“Excellent location, midway between an eminently touristic site, and a more popular areas with interesting local shops and real parisian life. The hotel is right next to a metro exit, and the entrance is not very far neither. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had reasonable size and there was space for a baby bed. Appliances worked, we also had a good bed. Room was near the street but very well isolated from noise.”
“The property is very close to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and other points of interests in Paris. The entire staff were accomodating.”
“Location and price/quality ratio of the bars nearby.”
“Room was small but cozy. Shower was great. Had a little balcony to drink tea or coffee in the morning. Excellent Location.”
“We had a balcony which we could sit out on. This made our stay even more enjoyable.”
“What a fabulous hotel! Its location is perfect; all the things you want to see are within easy reach, by walking if you love to walk or by metro. The metro exit was right by the hotel and the entrance a few yards up the road, just past a fab little cafe bar that we visited every day with a good vibe and very friendly staff. There's a Francoprix supermarket up the road too for cheap bottled water & snacks plus good value boulangeries nearby with freshly baked filled baguettes. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris over the years & this one is my fave; The hotel staff were so helpful, smiley and friendly. Definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!”
“Helpful staff but complimentary tea/coffee was not replaced after first day. I missed my peppermint tea and when we returned late at night the gentleman behind the desk did not know/was unable to find anything to replenish it. He did try but did not know where they were kept. The safe was broken and could not be mended until after we were due ti leave. Really helpful about the buses and directions though.”
“small, modern and clean hotel with nice welcoming staff and good breakfast, located five minutes walk from the Opera and metro stations”
“Breakfast is my favorite. Overall the place is very good except for the elevator is very small.”
“Very comfortable room, bigger than average for Paris; good aircon as well which was vital as I was there during a heatwave and many hotels couldn't cope. Breakfast was good if included, with a decent coffee machine, good pastries and cold meats if that's your thing. Not excessive, but it's not a 5* hotel. Rooms were quiet (except for a bit of rumbling from the Metro underneath). Access to a range of Metro stations very close; Opéra is about a 6 minute walk for more lines and the airport bus which is the easiest if not the quickest way to CDG. Front of house staff were very kind and helpful and housekeeping was excellent. Good bathrooms with bath and shower. In-room safe.”
