“When the manager (Cida) discovered I was vegetarian her response was 'how can we make breakfast better for you?' my friend translated as no one spoke English. So they made a special breakfast of tapioca pancakes, scrambled egg. Cheese, chips and even cheese sandwiches. They even gave us early breakfast day we left at 6am. Truly could not do enough for us.”
