“The staff was very professional and welcoming. I had booked two rooms for two nights, prepaid for one room and was paying for the other room upon checkout. I had to check out after the first night due to unforseen circumstances so talked to the front desk who said the manager, Evan Somma, would be in the next morning and to please visit front desk. Upon waking the next day Evan had already contacted booking.com, did not charge me for the second day and had sent me an email letting me know the situation had been resolved. Unbelievable customer service. I would give this hotel a glowing recommendation. I have used only booking.com since I was in Amsterdam last year and booked all my hotels through them.
