“We did not recevie wash cloths when we asked we were told ohbita not laundry day. Np iron in the room you habe to wait for it to brought to you. Everything is an extra charge the jacuzzzi water was not hot at all. The area is nice if you like food lots of restaurants. Not enough english speaking staff at all the hitel was cery clean no microwave for guest use. Lots of strange people walking around the neighborhood the pool area is located with the food dead smack in the middle only one pool in the 4th floor one very small bar om the first floor other than that the hotel was ok. For 550 for 4 nights I expect an iron, and a wash cloth in my room.”
