“very nice staff, receptionist (Marwa) was great, all staff members were very nice and the service was great. the restaurant on the beach and the reserved umbrellas on the beach for resident was awesome. very calm place and decorated with style. the owner of the hotel was there when needed and addressed all our concerns in very prompt and professional matter, he was polite, comprehensive and very nice, liked the way they treat their customers and offer them the very best they can do.”
