“The staff were amazing and really welcoming. Including the restaurant staff also. We LOVED the golden retriever and chocolate lab dogs around reception as we were missing or dogs back home. The rooms were very large and beds big and comfortable. There is a small lift to get your luggage and yourself up the stairs if you need. Shower is hot with great pressure. Would stay here again if in florence.”
