“We initially checked in but were given a room right by the stairs and the pool which was incredibly noisy, we asked if we could possibly move which we did the next day and the staff even moved our bags and picked up a few items we had left in a draw which was incredibly nice of them and very honest. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is actually a nice touch in the morning, the staff are friendly and location wise its really good for getting around San Fran as everything is walkable or you can get them trams/buses from Lombard St.”
