“The room was very clean every day. The entire staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was very very good.”
“We were two families with a total of 8 people staying in one apartment and one double room. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was really helpful and friendly, the apartment and room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked very smooth and well, especially with transport to and from the ski station every morning and afternoon. The hotel has a bus that drives you without charging anything extra. Also, when we had checked out and had a few extra hours to spend in the slopes, extra towels and shower were organised before we left the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Also I would like to add that the the Pinzolo - Madonna ski area is the perfect skiing resort. Wonderful long slopes, great capacity and no queues to the lift, beautiful mountains and very well organised large skiing system. Add the Italian cousine to that and you have the perfect skiing holiday! And don't miss the wonderful little pasticceria with delicious bakery at the back of the hotel.”
