“This is a very interesting place. You stay in the middle of vineyards where a huge winery is located. It is a beautiful area with vine fields climbing upp and down the hills. This is a place with history going back to 1858. The "hotel" or rather "the guesthouse" consists of only 11 nice elegant rooms well equipped and with a nice bathroom with shower. The staff is excellent. The breakfast very good. They offer you a very interesting tour also with an English speaking guide round the winery don't miss that! The nature is so beautiful. We stayed there 11-13 of November 2016 during nice weather. There is a huge wine store and two restaurants located here. One is an ordinary osteria with good food the other a star restaurant. There are nice walks in the area. You will find a lot of famous places in the neighborhood like Alba, the center of trufle, Barololo, Barbaresco etc.”

“Tout a été parfait et très agréable. Un site exceptionnel et le personnel sont tellement agréable et généreux. Lors de mon séjour a Fontanafredda, mon épouse c'est malheureusement blessé a une cheville lors d'une visite dans un vignoble. Elle a du rester a l’hôtel pour 2 jours afin de permettre la guérison. Le personnel a été très généreux et disponible envers elle de la dame de ménage jusqu’à la responsable de l'établissement. Nous avons été accueilli comme des amis de longue date autant a l’hôtel qu'a la boutique de vin. Nous étions avec mon cousin et son épouse et ils ont les mêmes commentaires positif. Une superbe endroit ! Nous allons garder de beaux souvenirs de cette belle équipe. Viva Italia !!”
“Il pernottamento includeva anche una guida della tenuta e la degustazione dei vini! Tantissimo spazio verde dove potersi rilassare e passeggiare. Camere curate, molto belle e pulitissime. Nel territorio circostante si ha L imbarazzo della scelta di ristoranti tipici di ogni livello. Consigliatissimo!”
