“The hotel is about 16 minute walking from the metro Station , they have the service to bring the guest from there to the hotel for free but you need to call them and the service also to take you to the santiago bernabeu for 1 euro for the person , i send email to ask how to get to the hotel but I’ve got no answer so i had to use google maps and it was a little bit hard , Persons are nice and helpfull , the hotel is good located in quite area about 15 minute from the metro station to the center , rooms are clean”

“What I liked the most was the driver who drove as too the city. His name was Nordin I think an was very friendly and listened to our complaints. A real asset to the Hotel. Also a bartender, I don’t remember his name, short skinny guy was very friendly too. These 2 persons are the only ones who think about the image of the Hotel. The cars were beautiful too.”
“Although the train station was 15 min walk from the hotel it was a nice walk ( if weather is good) . One line ( 10 ) to central madrid ( 40mins) Safe and quiet area Restaurants near cafes are near by but far from metro.”

“Reception staff spoken good english. All staff very helpful as hotel on a busy road the reception would order a taxi for us. The pathways around the hotel were very narrow so walking anywhere was difficult from the hotel. Large amount of traffic noise outside the hotel but hotel double glazing in rooms helped well. Air conditioning worked well.”
