“Delightful young woman ran the hotel in a valley system that is simply stunning. The hotel is rustic but that is what you expect in these more remote areas. The breakfasts are marvelous with a whole pot of coffee and homemade pastries. Had a great time in Vallouise, take your hiking boots.”
