“We got upgraded and were pretty sure it was because of the renovation work they were doing in the building. The room was spacious, very clean (brand new I think), filled with natural light, and we had an open shower with a privacy curtain (very romantic). The restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient for breakfast. Not many options but had fresh fruit juices, herbal teas and toasts with jam. Staff was very caring and friendly. They offered us some drinks the day we left. Although the hotel is not in the main city centre, it's a 10-15min walk to the main square and only a few minutes walk from avenida de Los incas where you can catch the bus to Chan Chan and the Sun temple.”
