“The staff was super nice and accomodating. we loved the fresh flowers as well.”
“Getting to Villarrica requires a car unless you arrive by bus, so the ample parking at El Ciervo is a big plus. The hotel is conveniently located next to the lake and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in the town. The breakfast is very typical of inns in the lake district, which means not very exciting, but they do offer you eggs to order, home made breads and jams. I have been staying at this property since 2001 and will return any time I'm in the area.”
