“The hotel is great, staff is so pleasant, rooms are great, beds are very comfortable, and I love having room service. It is a very clean hotel, the entire building not just our rooms. But the staff is fantastic, so very helpful, and I loved receiving a text on the day of my arrival asking me if there is anything special I need, made me feel special.”

“I love the Encanto de Las Cruces: the staff are always welcoming (and now even connect before arrival to determine if the guest has special needs or requests, and on arrival one is given a card to facilitate txting the staff if anything is needed during one's stay). The restaurant is excellent, though it has a bit of a sports bar flavor, the televisions don't blare and the ambiance is comfortable and fun. There is a lovely pool and hot tub. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is beyond comfortable and each room has individual climate control for comfort. Best of all, a portion of the room charge goes toward supporting local artists. Oh, and there's a lovely gift shop on site. Ample parking outside and underground. Wifi and parking are free. There are a good number of other restaurants within one or two blocks. Fairly easily accessed on and off the highway.”
“The staff was the highlight. We arrived after a long day of driving and was greeted by a genuinely smiling face who made sure we had everything we needed (including a treat for our dog). Rooms are clean, comfortable and rather spacious.”
