“The property is clean, and towels are changed everyday upon requests (or by leaving them on the floor). We stayed at this property for a week, but the sheets were never changed or property cleaned. On the third day, I noticed fallen hair was accumulating, and I could not ask the cleaning staff or the concierge to change our sheets because they understood very little English.”

“Everything was great, we were a little confused after all comments that it is only possible to reach the hotel with a car!! NO!! There are min. 5 buses which go to the metro station - Plaza Castilla. It takes 40-60 minutes to get to the center if the city, but for this price and comfort, the hotel is perfect and you do not pay attention to this route.”
