“The staff tried very hard to accommodate me. Being from America a lot of Americans expect a different level of service. But this is a nice hotel in this city. And the beds were very soft. If you can understand Brazilian culture and the way it is this hotel is absolutely the best in that city. It was a very good stay for me”
