We had some meals in the restaurant hotel and the homemade, fresh pasta was second to none in the world. Good wine offer too. Be sure your kids will be very welcome in this place too.”

“After 11 days traveling all of Italy Hotel Europa was our last stop. It was perfect! In a Quaint quiet town of Sorico directly on the north side of Lake Como is this wonderful little hotel operated by Mattia and his family. To mention how welcoming accommodating and warm he and his family are could not be more understated. This is probably one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. To spend time there in a Hotel as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as this was just icing on the cake. Hotel Europa serves a complete wonderful breakfast each morning and do not miss Moma Angela's dinners! Homemade pasta dishes, local age old specials mixed with freshly made vegetables, or nearly anything you ask including veal, fish or beef. Don't forget to leave room for desert.”
“This is a a family run hotel, with each member being warm and welcoming. The room was simple and no nonsense, water pressure and wifi could be better, but the personal touches in the dining room during the generous breakfast and if you choose, delicious dinner cooked by mama - Sga. Angela more than make up for these. Lovely lilac theme to the reception and dining areas. This is a quiet end of Lake Como, with far less construction than it's more popular neighbours. Much preferred this! ”
“Lived up to the hype ! Wonderful family run hotel. This charming hotel took great care of us during a 3 day stay in the Lake Como region. Really enjoyed the fresh local cooking at the hotel restaurant. Short drive to catch the lake ferry to the "golden middle" of Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again.”
