“What a little gem in Florence this is. Firstly the location is brilliant, right in the mix without being in the mix, so it is walking distance from everything, but far enough that it is quite. The owners are lovely and nice. Helpful but left you alone which I like. The room we had was big, nice and airy, lovely traditional. We paid for a cheaper room that had a shared bathroom which was excellent value for money. If you were bothered by that there are other rooms. The room was clean and fresh, I could not want more especially for the price I paid. I would 100% return next year at this time as it was perfect to see Florence and Pisa without loads of other tourist.”
“Worn or destroyed furniture - for example, cigarette burns on wooden furniture. Really, everything was: "don't touch, please".”

“The receptionist Benedicta was very helpful and organised our taxi's. The hotel was a long way from the centre of Naples, with the latest extension to the metro line not complete. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus service to the nearest metro. The breakfast was good and the rooms clean and tidy”

“The price was very low. One of the lowest I found in Naples, but that's why it's a 2 star hotel. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. I needed to store some medication in the refrigerator and an ice pack in the freezer. They would also get me a cup of ice cubes for a cocktail. The breakfast was very good. Several meats and cheeses, yogurts, canned fruits. They also served Greek and green pitted olives, along with grilled red and yellow sweet peppers. Of course there were several types of pastries, rolls, cereals and juices. They had drip coffee and espresso and cappuccino available as well. They would also serve a small Neapolitan coffee to everyone with out even asking.”
