“The staff especially Ely were just so nice. We could not say enough about them. They provided rides for us to and from the train station for a very reasonable rate. We ate breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. The food was always first rate. We had room 309 which was very spacious with a nice balcony and great view of the lake.”

It wasn't perfect..... the shower wasn't brilliant and some things needed updating but actually, all the imperfections simply added to its charm. We will definitely be visiting again. Ellie and the team were faultless and couldn't do enough for us, I loved it there and can't wait to return. The location was good too. There's a lovely beach opposite which is free if you're a guest of the hotel, though there is a charge for beds/umbrellas. The town of Orta San Giulio is stunningly beautiful and not to be missed and is only 3km up the road. Can't wait to visit again!”
“The staff in this family run hotel were all especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the lake with excellent views, especially from the delightful terrace where we had an excellent dinner one evening. There is access to the beach, albeit on the other side of quite a busy main road.”

Very clean place with all the nice to have equipment (free Wifi, HVAC, lifts, towels for the beach and balcony), even though not a very modern hotel. Also, nice beach to enjoy at 10 meters from the hotel. The breakfasts were varied and the cooking pleasant. Easy parking also. Good value for the price in summer.”
