“I love this hotel this is my 3rd time, and second time to have terrible experience with the staff. during my last day the reception, his name was Josh if i am correct gave me the weirdest attitude when i requested to extend and stay at the same room. story short, i decided not to let josh ruin my experience at the hotel, picked the hotel business card and sorted out what i needed directly through the manager. i will not stay again at this hotel for one reason, staff are ill trained.”
“Excellent hotel in a fantastic location for tourists, and San Francisco newbies (like us). We stayed as part of our Honeymoon and were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was large, bed comfy, and had a powerful shower. The hotel is within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and bars, as well as public transport links. The Powell Street BART station is a couple of blocks away for easy access to the airport. As tourists our trip wouldn't be complete without a ride on the famed Cable Cars, handily there was a stop at the end of the block.”
