“The lady in charge was lovely. Very nice and very helpful. We were upgraded to an apartment (we asked for a room with a view but there wasn't one available so she very kindly offered). The apartment was great, well equipped and had everything we needed along with a balcony and a great view. Breakfast was very good and the location very good too.”
