“The desk clerk didn't speak much english but called Tony to speak with us. He was wonderful. Charming, informative and helped us rent a boat. He is truly wonderful and a Huge asset to the hotel. If he hadn't been there, I don't think our stay would have been that great. The location is perfect and the view from our balcony was lovely. Breakfast could have been better. Dinner was excellent and the dessert (Tiramasu) was unbelieveable!! Tony is also a pastry chef and made it himself and also shared his secret recipe with me.”
