“Budget hotel in good location. Facilities a bit tired but friendly staff and very clean.”
“This hotel is ideally located and convenient to public transportation, tour bus stops, restaurants and shops/ The staff is friendly and multi-lingual.”
“The Staff were very nice and polite, they didnt seem to know much english but thats ok - i know less Portuguese! The location was very central and within a short walk from all main parts of lisbon so very good. Useful taxi ranks are not far away either. All in all its a solid room with solid features, no thrills but for 2 star its pretty solid.”
“Beds were made every day and room cleaned so it compensated for the overall outdatedness of the hotel. Basic but very affordable too”
“I like lovely working staff, they are weary friendly.”
“Near to the city center. Good relation price quality”
“Very nice hotel and a very clean and spacious room. Decent sized bathroom too. No noise at night (I was at the back) but you can hear people talking and walking around next door or in the hallway. Nice staff especially Emilio and the man that worked night shift (didnt catch his name). Not all staff spoke English. Breakfast was ok. Pretty good location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rua Santa Catarina very close and Ribeira is about a 5-10 minute walk. Sao Bento station is just down the street. Its a small city so you can see most attractions by foot however it is a VERY hilly city. Would stay here again.”
“5-10 min uphill walk from train station (Sao Bento).”
“Very helpful and friendly staff who served me breakfast before the fixed time as l was leaving early for a day trip.”
“The position of the hotel is great, Staff has been really helpful and always smiling! The rooms are quite old but the overall quality/price is good.”
