However, a person who spoke Spanish at the airport called, and they sent a driver right away to pick me up. He was extremely helpful, especially since I was on crutches,he carried my bags and helped me to the room. The server at breakfast was exceptional, helping me and bring my food to the table. The only drawbacks were that the room was very cold, and there was no hot water.”
