“Very good rooms for this price, nice bathrooms, good bed/mattress/pillow. Ground-floor rooms have a decent terrace in front and another-one in the back of the room (convenient to dry wet clothes after rain). Good lightning. Excellent location and quite and safe neighborhood. Nice to have a water dispenser running in the common area at all times so you can make a tea or coffee easy. The building is in good condition.”
