“Great value for money and fantastic location , the snack and coffee facility at reception was great ”
“Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, like many onsens around Japan, if you have tattoos then you're not allowed to use their hot spring facilities (at least that is what I was told during check in). Also the breakfast selection was not bad but during my stay at the hotel it had a lot of fried/breaded food and creamy baked potatoes for the breakfast buffet. There was very little selection of fruit or other cooked food that wasn't "greasy" or heavy. Bright side, the coffee machine on the 1st floor in the lobby made decent coffee, but overall I was dissappointed with not being able to use their onsen facility and lack of "healthier" breakfast options. Also, I stayed in a non-smoking room and have no complaints regarding the room, the air was clean and did not smell of smoke.”
