“The direct connection to JR station really saves a lot of hassle when bringing along heavy luggage, especially on departure. It is conventional hotel design from lobby to room but offers better space than hip hotel style. Staff from front desk to housekeeping is friendly and helpful. The concierge would provide up-to-date info on free shuttle service during summer season. Okayama is a lovely place and would definitely stay in Hotel Granvia again.”
